Teal Wing sleeps up to 8 people and has its own private 1 acre lot with 100 feet of lake frontage. There is a dock and boat lift available for summer use as well (2500 lb. boat weight restriction applies). Next to the dock is a shallow swimming area suitable for small children as there is no steep drop off or rocky shoreline. There is also a fire ring/pit area outside (firewood not provided). Snowmobilers have direct access to Trail #1. Mallard Cove and Teal Wing are conveniently located on adjoining lots to accommodate larger groups, yet still provide privacy for separate parties.

 

Main Floor: Kitchen with bar island counter top for 4, living room with gas fireplace with glass doors, dining area, master bedroom, full bath and patio doors to patio deck. Upper Level: Stairs to upper level area with 2 private bedrooms, one of which has patio door to private deck.

 

Lower Level : Recreation room for kids with 2 sets of bunk beds. Patio Deck: Includes patio furniture, Weber charcoal grill and a half covered porch.

 

Bedrooms/Baths:

• Full bath on main floor (tub and shower)

• Master bedroom on main floor with queen bed and closet.

• 2 bedrooms in upper level — one with a queen bed and small patio deck and the other with 2 twin beds and a vanity and sink in the bedroom and 1 full bath in the hall.

• Two sets of bunk beds in lower level area.

 

Amenities: Well-equipped kitchens with dishes, glasses and silverware, small household appliances, and basic sets of cooking utensils, pots, pans and pizza pan. Microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee pot with filters, and refrigerator with ice maker. Bed linens and a set of 1 dozen towels are provided. Complimentary soap and shampoo available. Color satellite TV, VCR and supply of family videos provided in living room.

 

Smoking: This home is a non-smoking unit.

 

Air Conditioning: This unit is not air conditioned. There are paddle ceiling fans in every bedroom.

 

Pets: Well-behaved family pets are allowed but must be supervised at all times and not left alone in the cottage. We ask they stay off the furniture and that owners pick up any pet messes in the yard.
